About the role

  • Junior Project Manager responsible for executing creative live experiences for clients. Collaborating with teams to manage project resources and client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
  • Producer: You take the lead in bringing creative event concepts to life, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
  • Consultative personality: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, provide tailored advice and lead project meetings.
  • Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
  • Business professional: You calculate new proposals, monitor your budgets and close out projects — including reporting and documentation.
  • Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a business-minded approach
  • Willingness to travel
