About the role

  • You assist with ongoing financial accounting, in particular accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • You review, code and post incoming and outgoing invoices – accurately and reliably
  • You contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • You apply your knowledge of VAT law – in particular, familiarity with §15 UStG is expected
  • You work with modern accounting systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), DATEV or Addison
  • You actively contribute to the optimization and compliance of our internal processes

Requirements

  • Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/-r), office clerk (Bürokaufmann/-frau) or completion of a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified accounting) course
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the services sector
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1); English is a plus
  • Confident user of at least one of the mentioned accounting systems
  • A structured, independent working style – and at the same time enjoyment of genuine teamwork
