About the role

  • Technician specializing in security solutions, integrating security systems in Bordeaux. Focus on client satisfaction and equipment management with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Will primarily work in the security sector.
  • Connect and commission our security solution.
  • Electronic configuration and deployment of solutions.
  • Follow up on maintenance visits.
  • Prepare intervention/service reports.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Category B driving licence.
  • Educated in IT/electrotechnics or have initial field experience.
  • From connecting our security solution to electronic configuration and deployment, you will be an ambassador of our ecosystem.
  • A field-based professional who can deliver #servicecommitment by ensuring installations operate correctly and #customersatisfaction by supporting our professional clients in getting to grips with the equipment.
  • #Autonomy, #rigor and #pedagogy to ensure follow-up of maintenance visits and the preparation of intervention reports.
