About the role

  • Systems Administrator position overseeing client server operations for a Cloud Hosting Provider. Involves support, maintenance, and infrastructure optimization projects in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure commissioning and operation of client servers
  • Participate in client support (hosting and on‑premise for vendor applications)
  • Ensure services remain operational (Maintenance of Operational Conditions - MCO)
  • Write documentation and implement ISO27001 processes as part of a continuous improvement approach
  • Contribute to key technical projects such as infrastructure automation and optimization

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in IT (minimum two- to three-year post-secondary qualification)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Operating systems: Linux, Windows
  • System administration: Active Directory, LDAP, IIS, Apache, Centreon
  • Virtualization technologies: VMware
  • Knowledge of one or more DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
  • Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML, PowerShell, WinRM
  • Containerization and automated deployment skills are a plus
