About the role
- Systems Administrator position overseeing client server operations for a Cloud Hosting Provider. Involves support, maintenance, and infrastructure optimization projects in an innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure commissioning and operation of client servers
- Participate in client support (hosting and on‑premise for vendor applications)
- Ensure services remain operational (Maintenance of Operational Conditions - MCO)
- Write documentation and implement ISO27001 processes as part of a continuous improvement approach
- Contribute to key technical projects such as infrastructure automation and optimization
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT (minimum two- to three-year post-secondary qualification)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows
- System administration: Active Directory, LDAP, IIS, Apache, Centreon
- Virtualization technologies: VMware
- Knowledge of one or more DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML, PowerShell, WinRM
- Containerization and automated deployment skills are a plus
