About the role

  • Order Management Analyst handling order management and customer service functions at McCormick. Collaborating with key business stakeholders to enhance efficiency and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Executing order management related activities – order system entry/ release, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams.
  • Managing customer and business partners queries.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Supporting new customer creation and modification process.
  • Managing samples, returns, penalties.
  • Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent French, good command of English; Spanish/ Portuguese will be an extra asset
  • Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; French market familiarity will be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, solution- orientation
  • SAP, MS Office (Excel), PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset
