About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for managing product backlogs and ensuring timely solution delivery. Collaborating with TI teams to optimize project outcomes at MaxiFrota.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the unified backlog for all solutions, balancing enhancement requests with day-to-day maintenance;
  • Ensure deliveries meet established SLAs, monitoring deadlines and the functional quality of solutions;
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the IT team, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements;
  • Monitor operational metrics such as response time and bug incidence to continuously improve the portfolio’s health;
  • Create and maintain detailed functional documentation (User Stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows) in the area’s shared environment;
  • Support technical definitions to ensure the feasibility of solutions proposed by Analysts and the Product Designer;
  • Keep records updated on technical decisions and platform evolutions for partner teams’ reference;
  • Filter requests submitted by other areas to the Product team, facilitating communication and ensuring transparent information flow about the product;
  • Actively participate in team rituals (Dailies, Plannings, Reviews), fostering a collaborative environment and mutual support;
  • Work closely with Analysts and Product Designers to ensure technical implementation aligns with the team’s proposed solution.
