Requirements
- CPA (or CMA/CFA) with 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or corporate finance.
- Deep expertise in financial consolidation, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting.
- Strong familiarity with financial and operational systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Expert at facilitating workshops.
- Comfortable with SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong client relationship skills.
