Fertility Network Contracting Manager optimizing contracts and partnerships at Maven, a leading virtual clinic for women and families. Collaborating with teams to enhance fertility services and agreements.
Responsibilities
Lead new provider contracting efforts for Maven’s fertility clinic network and ancillary service providers, including negotiating commercial terms, fee schedules, and contract language, in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
Own the renewal process for existing fertility clinic and ancillary provider agreements, proactively managing timelines, renegotiating rates and terms as needed, and ensuring continuity of network coverage.
Manage fee schedule development, updates, and maintenance, ensuring rates are competitive and aligned with market benchmarks.
Partner with Network Strategy and Clinical teams to assess network needs and support strategic expansion or optimization initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of contracts, amendments, and fee schedules, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes and audit requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and scalability within network contracting and renewal workflows.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics within fertility care and ancillary services to inform negotiation strategies and network planning.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or strategic partnerships within healthcare, ideally with exposure to fertility, reproductive health, and/or specialty care networks.
Experience negotiating and managing provider agreements and fee schedules, including renewals and amendments.
Strong understanding of healthcare contracting concepts, including reimbursement structures, operational considerations, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and timelines simultaneously.
Clear and confident communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
A collaborative working style, paired with comfort owning negotiations and driving decisions forward.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.
