- ERP implementation and optimization: Implement system configuration in collaboration with the Digital Technology teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing ERP transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and their modules, including Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Methods, HR, Maintenance, Warehouse and Inventory, etc.
- Knowledge of operational processes and best practices across multiple functional areas of an industrial company.
- Experience with Lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven skills in cross-functional leadership, change management, and directing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of data migration, systems integration, and information security considerations.
- Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools.
