Responsibilities
Project governance: Identify stakeholders and structure the project team; define strategy and objectives.
Business process analysis and optimization: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes supported by the ERP.
Risk management and compliance: Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to data migration and systems integration.
Change management and stakeholder engagement: Identify operational impacts of the ERP change.
ERP implementation and optimization: Implement system configuration in collaboration with the Digital Technology teams.
Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and their modules, including Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Methods, HR, Maintenance, Warehouse and Inventory, etc.
Knowledge of operational processes and best practices across multiple functional areas of an industrial company.
Experience with Lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven skills in cross-functional leadership, change management, and directing complex projects.
Strong understanding of data migration, systems integration, and information security considerations.
