About the role

  • Social Marketing Intern managing brand presence across social media platforms for Tinder. Supporting creative campaigns to engage the community and drive conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of Tinder’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Help identify emerging trends, creators, and cultural moments that align with Tinder’s brand.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social content.
  • Partner with the creative team on content planning and community engagement.
  • Monitor brand and cultural conversations online and share insights with the team.
  • Help organize campaign assets.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and creator communities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative thinker who stays ahead of pop culture, memes, and social moments.
  • Passion for Tinder’s mission to spark meaningful connections.
