Responsibilities
Negotiate commercial agreements
Ensure documents meet company policies and business needs
Work closely with team members and other departments such as legal and IT to help draft, review and finalize contract terms
Orchestrate multiple simultaneous projects requiring excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Serve as a central point of contact for each contract
Engage with internal stakeholders to help assess risks specific to each transaction
Draft and redline contracts to ensure protection from risks
Collaborate closely with the Procurement team and other stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ year of experience in contract evaluation, drafting, and redlining contracts and negotiating with suppliers
Ideal Qualifications: 1+ years of experience include redlining and negotiation of IT and technology related contracts including but not limited to Software as a Service (SaaS), hardware, software licensing, IT professional services
Detail-oriented with a track record of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with procurement teams and stakeholders
Eagerness to learn and further develop contract negotiation skills
