- Generate, research, and develop early-stage product concepts using emerging technologies and customer insights

- Translate ideas into prototypes, design models, and clear technical specifications
- Support the optimisation and renovation of existing product ranges
- Ensure all concepts are aligned with strategy, technically feasible, and capable of being manufactured at scale
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Design Engineering, Product Development, or a related discipline
- Proven and established experience developing and delivering product concepts across building / civils products
- Strong engineering, design and/or manufacturing background
- Knowledge of materials and processes used in construction & manufacturing
- Understanding of the patent process and its relevance to product innovation
- Experience managing resources and budgets, with an understanding of key financial drivers
- Innovative, open-minded approach to New Product Development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
