About the role

Responsibilities
- Creation, execution and maintenance of manual and automated test cases
- Further development of test automation within the existing framework (Cypress, Playwright)
- Participation in test design and updating the test base
- Analysis, documentation and reporting of test results
- Troubleshooting application and system errors, root cause analysis and error documentation
- Verification and reproduction of incoming bug reports
- Collaboration with development teams, project managers and product/feature owners
- Support in customer support: verbal and written customer communication (email, phone, video conferences)
- Contributing to the improvement of QA processes and related processes (SDLC)
Requirements
- Completed technical education in IT/software (HTL or Bachelor)
- Alternatively: several years of professional experience in software testing
- Solid knowledge of test automation (preferably for web applications)
- Familiarity with various testing and analysis tools and experience with Cypress is an advantage
- Basic programming skills
- Technical fundamentals: MS SQL Server, CMD, PowerShell, ...
- Familiarity with working in an agile software development process (SCRUM)
- Structured and independent working style
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong quality awareness
- Very good written and spoken German and English
