About the role

  • Senior Amazon Marketing Manager managing strategic and operational Amazon marketing activities for premium brands at Marketplace Maniacs GmbH. Develops and optimizes marketing strategies with a focus on Amazon PPC and DSP.

Responsibilities

  • Take on a central role in the strategic and operational management of all Amazon advertising activities for our clients
  • Develop, implement and continuously optimize marketing strategies on Amazon with a focus on Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud
  • Provide strategic consulting to our clients on effective Amazon advertising strategies and data-driven optimization approaches
  • Use and manage specialized Amazon Advertising software to automate processes and increase efficiency
  • Prepare in-depth analyses, reports and forecasts to optimize ad budgets and maximize ROAS targets
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to implement a coherent marketing strategy
  • Identify new trends and developments in the Amazon advertising landscape to continuously evolve our marketing approaches.

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Communications) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on Amazon Ads and programmatic advertising
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to develop and execute complex campaign strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate large datasets and derive strategic recommendations
  • Experience with relevant Amazon Advertising tools and solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Structured and proactive working style and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
