About the role

Responsibilities
- Independent accounting management of a defined portfolio of condominium owners' associations (WEGs) and rental properties.

- Management of the dunning process and handling of all payment transactions.
- Review, account assignment and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training with further qualification as a financial accountant or certified accountant, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with specific expertise in property or WEG administration.
- Experience with relevant accounting software (ideally Impower).
- High level of care, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills and good numerical proficiency.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, independent working style.
