About the role
- Academic Consultant responsible for supporting Maple Bear's bilingual education implementation in Brazil. Ensuring classroom and school management excellence throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to Maple Bear schools in operation and those being launched in Brazil, ensuring continuous monitoring and assistance for implementing the Maple Bear approach in both classroom practice and school management;
- Maintain regular communication with the schools;
- Respond to inquiries and requests from network schools via written messages or video calls, resolving academic-related questions;
- Participate in team training sessions to stay up to date with network bulletins, documents, publications, policies and guidelines;
- Record all relevant service interactions and area processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Languages (Letras) and/or Pedagogy, or related teaching/licensure fields;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Bilingual Education or related areas will be considered a plus, as will prior experience as a teacher or coordinator at a Maple Bear unit;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable);
- Availability to travel;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (Jd. Paulista - São Paulo);
- Advanced English.
