About the role

• Energy Operations Analyst responsible for the accuracy and flow of contract data at Mantis Innovation. Ensuring timely and well-controlled contract setup, auditing, and financial impact management.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and completeness of contract and deal data from intake through execution
• Review meter and system data to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies in meter status that could impact billing, margin, or reporting
• Document, maintain, and improve contracting and data-related processes within Energy Operations
• Navigate multiple internal systems to trace data end-to-end, understand how information flows across teams, and support Finance and Operations with reliable, well-contextualized data

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, contract support, auditing, or a related data-focused role
• Demonstrated experience managing, validating, and reconciling complex datasets.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with operational systems and tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Ability to understand how operational data impacts downstream financial outcomes.
