Oversee sourcing activities across multiple indirect spend categories to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and innovation.
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement and long-term value creation.
Negotiate global agreements and purchasing contracts with key suppliers to mitigate risks and secure sustainable value.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and balance cost, quality, and risk.
Drive the implementation of digital procurement platforms and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements.
Own and manage the procurement budget, define KPIs, and implement reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and compliance.
Identify and realize cost-saving and cash optimization opportunities across the organization.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement leadership roles, with a focus on indirect commodities.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
Experience with digital procurement tools, analytics, and process automation.
Proven track record of delivering cost savings and value creation in complex, global environments.
Proven experience in leading senior managers and leadership teams across multiple regions and time zones, fostering collaboration and alignment in a global environment.
Fluent in English (negotiation level); additional languages are a plus.
