Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and implementation
- Develop and implement an end-to-end supply chain strategy to support company growth and efficiency
- Analyze and optimize supply chain networks, including procurement, production and distribution
- Define and monitor KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality and delivery targets
- Responsible for effective inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels while reducing costs
- Lead logistics and distribution strategies
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Utilize supply chain software and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, Spherecast) to optimize processes
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record managing complex supply chains in dynamic environments
- Expertise in demand planning, inventory management, procurement and logistics
- Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
