About the role
- Supply Chain Manager leading a team to develop and deploy SAP S/4HANA system at Boeing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, project managers, and business analysts to support the development and deployment of both the SAP S/4HANA system and the associated business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, program management, quality, EHS) to support development of end-to-end process flows
- Partner with the BCA Digital program on the development and execution of the holistic ERP architecture plan and integration with non-SAP systems
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, both internal and in support of the larger BCA SAP Program
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal supply chain partners and external, cross-functional stakeholders
- Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
- Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- Domestic and international travel as needed
