About the role

  • Field Service Engineer supporting scientific instrumentation through installation, maintenance, and training on-site in various locations. Ensures customer satisfaction and minimizes downtime with extensive travel across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively to customer sites across the U.S.
  • Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training
  • Communicate with empathy and precision to turn service calls into positive customer experiences
  • Work independently and manage your own schedule

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a STEM-related field (or equivalent technical experience)
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical systems
  • Strong electro-mechanical skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
  • Must hold a valid passport for domestic and international travel
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licenses
  • Must possess a personal credit card for business-related expenses (reimbursed per company policy)
