Responsibilities
Drive Sales Efficiency: Lead key projects with country leaders to identify and implement improvements in sales processes and tools.
Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth local performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and teams during weekly and quarterly business reviews.
Sales Portfolio & Target Management: Manage sales portfolios and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs for sales teams on new tools, processes, and best practices provided by the Global Sales Operations team.
Process & Tool Optimization: Co-build, deploy, and refine global sales processes and tools within the local context, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Consulting, FP&A, or Sales Operations.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen; experience with sales data analysis is a plus.
Hands-on: enjoys building tools and processes and following up on their adoption by business teams. Proven track record of improving processes and driving efficiency.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, well-organized, solution-oriented, and experienced in change management.
Robust project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
