Senior Marketing Manager leading BD’s Core Tubes portfolio within U.S. Specimen Management. Driving revenue growth and executing marketing plans for the Vacutainer brand.
Responsibilities
Own all aspects of product management for the Core Tubes portfolio, including forecasting, financial planning, pricing, lifecycle management, and promotional activities.
Develop compelling value propositions, identify customer needs, and create training programs to support sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
Partner with sales teams to deliver impactful marketing programs, launch management, and field training that drive adoption and retention.
Build and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies—including pricing, positioning, branding, and resource allocation—leveraging data-driven insights and BD’s marketing excellence framework.
Deliver high-quality marketing collateral, demand forecasts, and competitive analyses; manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.
Identify new product opportunities and develop creative marketing tactics to differentiate BD in the marketplace.
Develop KDG dashboards that synthesize data from multiple sources, enabling actionable insights to optimize performance annually and across strategic planning cycles.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
Domestic travel up to 30%.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5+ years product marketing experience including product launch/planning experience required.
Healthcare or life sciences marketing experience preferred.
Depth of marketing expertise in segmentation and lifecycle management experience preferred.
Proven strategic thinking capability with experience in pricing, positioning, branding, and resource optimization required.
Strong tactical skills, including spreadsheet proficiency, collateral development, forecasting, and competitive analysis required.
Demonstrated creativity in marketing tactics and problem-solving required.
Leadership potential with ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a high-growth environment required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Track record of continuous learning and adaptability required.
