Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of Malt-run French community events, both virtual and in-person.
Coordinate participation in strategic local industry tradeshows and identify high-impact speaking opportunities.
Deploy the Malt Linker program locally to enable community members to host regional events.
Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Analyze event performance and ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Keep the big picture in mind: efficiency, scalability, business goals, and freelancer experience.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in events, project management, marketing/communications, or field marketing.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Analytical skills.
Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
Native-level French and fluent English.
