About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager responsible for customer acquisition in Siemens PLM sector. Collaborating with various departments to deliver tailored solutions for unique customer challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers in the Siemens PLM area
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Work closely with other departments such as Consulting and Presales
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer days and other events

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience selling software solutions, ideally with products in Siemens PLM, CAD, CAM or similar
  • Strong sense for customer needs and potential
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Completed vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualification, ideally in Business Administration, IT or Engineering
  • Willingness to travel and be on site with customers
  • Fluent German and English communication skills
