About the role
- E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager working with E-Commerce clients at a growing agency. Focused on strategy development and project execution in remote setup.
Responsibilities
- You will work with e-commerce stores
- Regular check-in calls and close collaboration
- Full responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing projects
- Dedicated operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design and technical implementation
- Oversee email send volumes
- Run innovative tests and implement ideas
- Influence the growth rate and profitability of our clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with people
- Positive attitude
- Able to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies from insights
- Languages: fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
