About the role

  • E-Mail Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist at Biomatch GmbH focusing on customer lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys while ensuring compliance with GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of e-mail campaigns and marketing automation across the customer lifecycle (from lead to existing customer)
  • Designing automated journeys including segmentation, personalization and workflow design
  • Monitoring KPIs, reporting, and conducting A/B tests to identify actionable optimizations
  • Maintaining and developing the automation setup (templates, forms, landing pages)
  • Supporting scoring approaches and analytical CRM (e.g., audience and behavioral signals)
  • Coordinating with product marketing, sales/CRM and external service providers, including international partners
  • Ensuring GDPR-compliant processes for campaigns and data handling
  • Supporting additional digital marketing activities as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in e-mail marketing/marketing automation (tool-based, hands-on)
  • Proficiency in KPI analysis, reporting and test setups (A/B)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, templates and interfaces/integrations
  • Structured, self-directed working style and strong coordination skills
  • Very good German and English
