Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer loyalty, retention, customer experience, value management, or similar role
- Higher education background in marketing, international business, communication, consumer psychology, or user behavior
- Experience in planning and executing initiatives across onboarding, activation & engagement, cross-sell, and retention
- Hands-on experience with direct marketing channels including email, push, and in-app notifications
- Experience working with user segments and target groups to optimize communication effectiveness
- Proactivity, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, effective communications with colleagues and senior leaders
- Fluency in English
