Responsibilities
- Support production improvement by planning and monitoring engineering projects
- Develop and install machinery to improve production capability and efficiency
- Define and control key machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other company quality standards
- Provide training and technical support to stakeholders during equipment or process changes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with MAHLE Global Standards
- Represent the department in company activities and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or automotive manufacturing (open for new graduates with strong interest in chemical substances & packaging)
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Skills in Problem Solving, QC Tools, PLC systems, robotics, and mechanical fundamentals
- Strong coordination, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and continuously improve work processes
- English & Thai communication skills
