Responsibilities

Set high-quality benchmarks for all design outputs, from visual aesthetics to interaction flows.
Lead design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for iteration and refinement.
Create and maintain workflows that ensure quality at every stage, including critiques and handoffs.
Track and analyze effectiveness using metrics (e.g., A/B tests, user satisfaction scores).
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, or related field
7+ years in UX roles, 3+ years in leadership
Proven track record of delivering successful UX projects in fast-paced environments
Expertise in user research, usability testing, and managing design processes
Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource planning
