- Own the development of new user-facing features end-to-end

Requirements
- Have 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience
- Are fluent TypeScript/JavaScript (we use React) and comfortable in Python
- Have design experience or great intuition about UI/UX
- Can select the right tool for each job, balancing speed and scalability, and can quickly up-skill on new tools when needed
- Can take a loosely defined problem, extract the true requirements, and design and deliver a production-ready solution in days, not weeks
- Communicate clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders
