About the role
- Project Manager coordinating BIM processes, digital data management, and AI analyses in a startup. Work on innovative building data solutions with responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects in BIM management, digital data workflows and AI-supported processes at the interface between our clients and our development team.
- Analyze, structure and optimize building data across the entire lifecycle.
- Support the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows and AI applications.
- Get familiar with standards, guidelines and BIM conventions.
- Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements, data flows and AI solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, guidelines and project reports.
- Perform functional testing and validation of software and AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Civil Engineering, Construction Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM or a related field.
- Interest in BIM-based asset management, digital data processes and AI-supported applications.
- Analytical, structured and precise working style.
- Responsible, self-motivated and communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients.
- Very good German skills; English skills are a plus.
- No extensive professional experience required, but you should have completed some internships — motivation, structured working and your personality are decisive for us.
