About the role
- Project manager coordinating projects around BIM-driven processes and AI analysis at m2ing GmbH. Contributing to digital data management solutions and enhancing building lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and support of projects in BIM management, digital data processes and AI-supported workflows at the interface between our clients and our development team
- Analysis, structuring, and optimization of building data across the entire lifecycle
- Supporting the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows, and AI applications
- Familiarization with standards, guidelines, and BIM standards
- Coordination with development teams on functional requirements, data flows, and AI solutions
- Preparation of technical documentation, guidelines, and project reports
- Technical testing and validation of software and AI solutions
Requirements
- Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Civil Engineering, Construction Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM, or a related field
- Interest in BIM-supported building management, digital data processes, and AI-assisted applications
- Analytical, structured, and precise working style
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and a communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
- No extensive professional experience required, but you should have completed a few internships — motivation, structured work, and your personality are decisive for us
