About the role

  • Developing automation and digital solutions for M. Dias Branco. Focus on efficiency and innovation in process management.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the development, evolution and maintenance of hyperautomation and process digitalization solutions using multiple platforms and technologies;
  • Expected to demonstrate technical leadership, process-oriented thinking and a strong ability to work with automated and intelligent agents;
  • Develop, maintain and evolve end-to-end automations and process digitalizations;
  • Contribute to the design of hyperautomation solutions combining RPA, APIs, integrations, agents and workflows;
  • Develop automations using Python (BotCity) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps);
  • Create and enhance solutions in Cervello, OTRS, Otobo and ServiceNow;
  • Design and implement automated/intelligent agents for task execution, process orchestration and decision-making;
  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and propose improvements;
  • Ensure development best practices, version control, documentation and observability for automations;
  • Provide support, troubleshooting and optimization for solutions in production;
  • Provide technical guidance to more junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing;
  • Work in partnership with business areas, IT and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field;
  • Postgraduate degree in related areas (preferred);
  • Solid experience in hyperautomation, automation and process digitalization;
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, especially for automation (e.g., BotCity);
  • Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps);
  • Experience with ITSM/ESM tools such as ServiceNow, OTRS and/or Otobo;
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with automated and/or intelligent agents;
  • At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields.
