About the role

Requirements

- Postgraduate degree in related areas is desirable.
- At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields.
- Knowledge of IT best practices (ITIL), agile methodologies (Agile), project planning and management (PMBOK), business analysis (BABOK), process management (CBOK), and application of the PDCA cycle for process and product control and continuous improvement, plus basic English.
