Finance Operations Graduate supporting day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable and reconciling bank statements at Lyka, a sustainable pet wellness company.
Responsibilities
Support the processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and company card transactions using NetSuite and Airwallex
Assist with weekly payment runs and urgent payment requests
Maintain accurate supplier records and support supplier onboarding processes
Reconcile supplier statements and help resolve discrepancies
Support Month-end Tasks and Year-end Auditing
Support month-end activities including bank reconciliations and reporting support
Assist with system workflows across NetSuite, Zudello, Airwallex, Gatekeeper and EFTSURE
Help maintain documentation for finance processes and controls
Respond to internal AP and finance queries
Provide general support to the Finance team across operational tasks and ad-hoc projects
Assist with administration and documentation related to the Employee Share Scheme (ESS)
Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, or efficiency over time
Requirements
Graduate or early-career candidate (0–2 years experience)
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or similar (or nearing completion)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Curious, proactive, and open to learning new systems and concepts
Comfortable working with web-based systems and spreadsheets
Coachable and receptive to feedback
