About the role

Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for the financial performance of regional entities
- Support companies with reporting, budgeting, and preparation of annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS)

- Support budget planning, governance processes, and audits across the region
- Expand expertise in finance and project management to prepare for future leadership roles
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Controlling, Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or Private Equity-related environments
- Confident user of Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+)
- Analytical, communicative, and motivated mindset
