About the role

Responsibilities

- Map user journeys and processes;
- Read and use product data and metrics;

- Visibility and impact on the business;
- Participate in routines and collaborative dynamics with the cross-functional design team.
Requirements
- Navigate and understand data and business impact;
- Communicate effectively and act as an interlocutor among diverse stakeholders;
- Advocate for user experience and user needs;
- Previous experience with financial products (payment gateways/payments/banking and POS);
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms;
- Experience testing and using AI tools in workflows;
- Experience reading and dealing with regulatory requirements (Brazilian Central Bank - Bacen);
- Basic API literacy (reading API documentation).
