About the role

  • LWSA seeks a Financial Planner to manage people costs and financial projections. Collaborate with various business units to align financial strategies with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • People cost planning, developing optimization strategies and aligning financial forecasts with short- and long-term corporate objectives;
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for personnel cost projections, ensuring accurate and reliable analyses during budget cycles and periodic reviews;
  • Collaborate directly with HRBPs, area managers, FP&As and VPs to align financial forecasts and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Prepare and present financial analyses to VPs, unit FP&As and central FP&A, supporting strategic personnel-related decision-making;
  • Monitor and optimize workforce planning processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the company's financial targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • Experience in financial planning focused on people costs;
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and personnel cost forecasting;
  • Ability to work with large datasets and produce highly accurate financial forecasts;
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with strong command of databases and financial planning systems;
  • Experience projecting profit-sharing (PLR) and bonuses, including calculating provisions for financial planning;
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions;
  • Clear and effective communication skills with various levels of leadership;
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
