About the role
- Coordinateur(trice) logistique IMPORT/EXPORT au sein de Luxsense, filiale du Groupe RC, manage les flux logistiques internationaux. Gestion de l’activité logistique multimodale avec diverses missions variées sur des projets sur-mesure.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics coordination in liaison with our Hong Kong and China subsidiaries
- Approve delivery documents specific to each client's specifications
- Establish processes with subcontractors
- Manage multimodal logistics operations: air, sea, rail and road
- Optimize purchasing costs with our logistics partners (freight forwarders - carriers)
- Execute and schedule national, European and international freight (IMPORT/EXPORT): booking, monitor transport to destination according to client Incoterms (EXW to DDP)
- Manage and follow up on flows and information with clients for each project
- Strong knowledge of commodity classifications and customs duties: HS Codes - Incoterms – documentation sets; ensure tracking of current material certifications
- Manage client inventory in our warehouses.
Requirements
- Higher education diploma (Bac+2/3) in Logistics/Transport - BTS in International Trade
- Responsible, dynamic, versatile, flexible, rigorous, autonomous and a team player
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, curious mindset and strong work capacity
- Organised with the ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) + ERP (SAGE)
- Good level of English – B1 (read - written - spoken).
