About the role

  • Internship providing hands-on experience in data analysis at Luminor Group. Work on real projects and develop skills in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with various data-related tasks, including working with datasets
  • Assisting in data analysis
  • Helping improve existing processes
  • Explore how current analytical tasks are performed
  • Contribute ideas for optimization
  • Support the development of simple solutions such as reports, dashboards, or process automations
  • Gain practical experience in data analysis within a large organization
  • Develop analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Insight into how data is used to support decision-making and improve analytical processes

Requirements

  • Enjoy being hands-on and don't shy away from real responsibility
  • Take initiative and are comfortable exploring topics you haven't worked with before
  • Can work independently, manage your time, and ask thoughtful questions when needed
  • Feel energized by an agile environment where things evolve quickly
  • Interest in data analysis and working with data
  • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to suggest improvements
  • Fluent English is required
  • Preferred education in Data Analytics, IT, Mathematics, Economics or related
