Responsibilities
Supporting the team with various data-related tasks, including working with datasets
Assisting in data analysis
Helping improve existing processes
Explore how current analytical tasks are performed
Contribute ideas for optimization
Support the development of simple solutions such as reports, dashboards, or process automations
Gain practical experience in data analysis within a large organization
Develop analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills
Insight into how data is used to support decision-making and improve analytical processes
Requirements
Enjoy being hands-on and don't shy away from real responsibility
Take initiative and are comfortable exploring topics you haven't worked with before
Can work independently, manage your time, and ask thoughtful questions when needed
Feel energized by an agile environment where things evolve quickly
Interest in data analysis and working with data
Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
Basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial
Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to suggest improvements
Fluent English is required
Preferred education in Data Analytics, IT, Mathematics, Economics or related
