About the role
- Product Owner for Corporate Channels team at Luminor, leading the Mobile App and Corporate Internet Bank delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Lead PO to execute the roadmap for the Mobile App OR Web platform
- Facilitate team ceremonies such as Standups, Refinements, Planning, and Reviews
- Manage the backlog to ensure the team works on high-value items
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical user stories for developers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst in Digital Channels (Mobile Apps or Web Portals)
- Experience in Banking/Fintech is a strong plus
- A track record of shipping products, including releases and migrations
- Knowledge of how to run a Scrum/Kanban team effectively
- Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with stakeholders and engineers
