About the role

  • Join Luminor Group as a Continual Improvement Analyst, driving process improvements in banking operations. Collaborate with diverse teams in a flexible work environment and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and facilitate the continual improvement framework by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping teams design and implement enhancements that improve quality and performance
  • Use data-driven methods (KPIs, customer feedback, audits) to identify and prioritize improvements
  • Maintain dashboards and report on success metrics to leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate process reviews, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops
  • Use data-driven methods (e.g., KPIs, customer feedback, audit results) to identify areas for improvement
  • Promote a culture of continual improvements
  • Support ITIL4, Lean and Agile improvement projects and assist in tracking benefits
  • Document processes and lessons learned, ensuring knowledge sharing and version control
  • Own set of procedures and lower-level documents within the CIO office

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile principles and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of IT Governance Frameworks and Process Controls
  • Experience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworks
  • Strong project management skills, self-driven
  • Attention to detail and clear documentation style
  • Preferably background in banking or technology sector in a similar regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
