Responsibilities
Drive and facilitate the continual improvement framework by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping teams design and implement enhancements that improve quality and performance
Use data-driven methods (KPIs, customer feedback, audits) to identify and prioritize improvements
Maintain dashboards and report on success metrics to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate process reviews, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops
Use data-driven methods (e.g., KPIs, customer feedback, audit results) to identify areas for improvement
Promote a culture of continual improvements
Support ITIL4, Lean and Agile improvement projects and assist in tracking benefits
Document processes and lessons learned, ensuring knowledge sharing and version control
Own set of procedures and lower-level documents within the CIO office
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in process improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile principles and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Understanding of IT Governance Frameworks and Process Controls
Experience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworks
Strong project management skills, self-driven
Attention to detail and clear documentation style
Preferably background in banking or technology sector in a similar regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
