Responsibilities
Provide strategic thought leadership and direction for the region and Luminare Health
Analyze monthly reports and industry/client-specific results to proactively identify trends
Act as the “face of Luminare Health” within the market and with clients
Attend annual renewal meetings and assist with relationship development
Provide ongoing support and direction to the Client Management team
Support new client implementations by collaborating with other Luminare Health functions
Serve as key point of contact for client management support to key Luminare Health Client(s)
Analyze monthly reports and proactively address issues with clients
Drive upsales of products and services as appropriate
Perform other duties as needed/assigned
Requirements
7+ years Client Management experience
Previous experience managing a Client Management team
Keen understanding of Luminare Health business strategy
Project Management: prioritizes process, establish and meet deadlines, manage diverse groups
Communication Skills: effective in both written and verbal skills, able to persuade and share information concisely
Interpersonal Skills: relate well to all kinds of people, use diplomacy and tact
