About the role

  • Ensure that services are provided consistent with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Coordinate and lead daily and long-term activities of the team
  • Direct, review, and approve vendor invoice payments
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, informative reports and budgets
  • Maintain oversight of contracted terms impacting financial performance
  • Coordinate lease administration activities
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Respond to tenant needs, ensuring problems are resolved promptly
  • Direct sourcing and procurement activities
  • Proactively collect rent and charges in accordance with lease terms
  • Ensure monthly property inspections are performed
  • Document emergency response plans
  • Act as primary contact with property owners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
  • Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel required
  • Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Strong organizational skills that deliver timely results
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
  • Fundamental leadership experience or significant collaborative contributions
  • Proven track record for delivering excellent internal and external customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to travel daily to assigned properties as necessary
