Application Manager responsible for end-to-end management of business applications at LOXXESS. Ensuring smooth operations across multiple applications and serving as interface between IT and business departments.
Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for multiple business applications across their entire lifecycle
Management of external partners, including SLA and KPI oversight
Coordination and management of incidents, changes, and releases
Ensuring a stable, secure, and cost-effective application operation
Acting as the central interface between business units and IT
Ensuring availability, quality, and the continuous development of the applications
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or completed commercial vocational training (e.g., clerk)
Several years of experience in application management or a comparable IT service environment
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external service providers
Good technical understanding of applications and IT operational processes
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
