About the role

  • Application Manager responsible for end-to-end management of business applications at LOXXESS. Ensuring smooth operations across multiple applications and serving as interface between IT and business departments.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for multiple business applications across their entire lifecycle
  • Management of external partners, including SLA and KPI oversight
  • Coordination and management of incidents, changes, and releases
  • Ensuring a stable, secure, and cost-effective application operation
  • Acting as the central interface between business units and IT
  • Ensuring availability, quality, and the continuous development of the applications

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or completed commercial vocational training (e.g., clerk)
  • Several years of experience in application management or a comparable IT service environment
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external service providers
  • Good technical understanding of applications and IT operational processes
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
