About the role

  • Field Provider Manager managing relationships with Independent Service Providers across markets. Ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational excellence for Lowe's installation services.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with the local Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across multiple markets
  • Conduct regular B2B meetings, reviewing program metrics and performance
  • Develop and discuss improvement plans as needed to meet service and quality goals
  • Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction and B2B meetings
  • Ensure third-party service providers are knowledgeable of Lowe’s applications pertaining to service provider relationships
  • Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 3 years Related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen
  • 3 years Demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to deliver best in class customer experiences through oversight of program metrics
  • Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g. General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
