Field Provider Manager managing relationships with Independent Service Providers across markets. Ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational excellence for Lowe's installation services.
Responsibilities
Own the relationship with the local Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across multiple markets
Conduct regular B2B meetings, reviewing program metrics and performance
Develop and discuss improvement plans as needed to meet service and quality goals
Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction and B2B meetings
Ensure third-party service providers are knowledgeable of Lowe’s applications pertaining to service provider relationships
Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience
3 years Related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen
3 years Demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to deliver best in class customer experiences through oversight of program metrics
Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g. General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
