About the role

  • Manage relationships with Independent Service Providers, ensuring quality and compliance in installation services. Collaborate with ISPs to optimize service delivery and meet area sales demands.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with the local Independent Service Providers (ISPs)
  • Conduct regular B2B meetings and review program metrics
  • Develop and discuss improvement plans to meet service and quality goals
  • Manage third-party service provider relationships to support quality, service, and expense goals
  • Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections and service provider meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 years Related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen
