Responsibilities
Review and accurately enter accounts payable invoices.
Perform Visa bill reconciliation and data entry.
Review and process employee expense reports.
Complete bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
Maintain vendor accounts within NetSuite.
Provide support to other members of the Finance team as needed.
Assist with testing and implementation of new systems.
Process B2C customer refunds efficiently.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the Finance function.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting program.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong excel skills.
Extremely organized, very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well on a team and highly customer service oriented.
NetSuite experience would be considered an asset.
