About the role

  • Senior E-Commerce-/Marketing-Manager developing data-driven marketing strategies for LOTTO Niedersachsen. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experiences in channels and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Further development of marketing controlling for cross-channel, KPI-based management of communication and sales campaigns
  • IT project and requirements management for the implementation of marketing suites/tools
  • Preparation of campaign reporting to measure success and derive recommendations for improving campaign planning
  • Identification of potential drop-off points and barriers in user flows, the registration process, and online game participation
  • Customer-centric analysis of user journeys to ensure effective interplay between off-page campaigns and on-page conversions (leads, sales)
  • Act as an interface between internal departments and external service providers/agencies for target group communication and feature development
  • Market, trend and competitive monitoring

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Media Management
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Experience in multichannel campaign management
  • Strong customer orientation and dedication
  • Structured and independent working style
